Tip #3 for Achieving Your Sharpest Near Vision with GlassesOff
Taking the first step is the hardest, but once you’re in the program it’s up to you to progress.
Here is the 3rd tip for getting the most out of GlassesOff:
Complete At Least 3 Sessions a Week
Consistency is huge, just like it is in any training program. With GlassesOff, users are learning new skills and adapting their brains to new visual states. Once users train and improve after one session, it is important to solidify that improvement and to continue to build off of it. Long breaks in between sessions allow the eyes to fall back to their comfortable, former state.
Each GlassesOff training session is designed to last about 12 minutes. During the session, you will participate in a series of game-like sight challenges. By completing at least three sessions a week, in a period of three months, you should notice a drastic improvement in your near vision. However, three sessions a week is a minimal recommendation. If you would like to see faster results, you can do up to one session a day.
