GLASSESOFF TRAINING GUIDELINES

TRAIN WITH GLASSESOFF AT LEAST 3X PER WEEK

For best results 3 times per week is the recommended training frequency. Training once a day is even better!

TRAIN WHEN YOU'RE ALERT AND NOT TIRED

The more alert you are during your training session, the better it is. Avoid training when you are fatigued.

TRAIN UNDER DIM LIGHTING CONDITIONS

It is not necessary for the room to be pitch-black, just make sure there are no strong surrounding lights.

HOLD THE DEVICE 15 IN. (40CM) FROM YOUR EYES

Users frequently don't pay attention and train with the device too far from their eyes... watch out!

DO I WEAR MY GLASSES DURING MY SESSIONS?

READING GLASSES

DO NOT wear them during training and try to avoid them in your day to day.

DISTANCE GLASSES

ALWAYS WEAR YOUR DISTANCE GLASSES with each and every training session.

MULTi / BI FOCALS

DO NOT wear them while training and try to avoid them in your daily activity.

Avoid glasses in daily activities

Throughout the GlassesOff program, your brain will be learning to process small-scale visual information in a faster and more efficient manner so that it can compensate for optic deficiencies.

In order to get faster results, your brain needs to get used to its new skills and to practice daily its new capabilities. By using reading or multifocal glasses that act as magnifying devices, you are preventing your brain from exercising these skills in daily life.

That's why we recommend our users to refrain from using readers during the sessions and reduce their use as much as possible during their daily reading activities.

If you have multifocal glasses or contacts, you might want to consider obtaining a separate pair of glasses for distance vision. This way you’ll be able to avoid using reading glasses for near vision in your daily activities.
