The 5th tip would be – Create the Right Environment

The environment you complete your sessions in is very important. Try to make sure that you are free from distractions. This will help you complete the session in a single sitting.
In addition, make sure the room is not too brightly lit. The dimmer the lighting is the better. This will also help eliminate some of the visual distractions that are around you.
Make sure that the device screen is clean before you begin the exercises to help prevent unnecessary eye fatigue and strain. Just like having dirty glasses puts added strain on your eyes, having a dirty screen will put extra strain on your eyes as you complete the sessions.

Finally, when you are training, hold the device about 15 inches, or just over a foot, away from your eyes. You are working on your near vision, so holding the device too far away wouldn’t be effective, yet you don’t want to hold it too close so that it creates strain on your eyes. Fifteen inches is about the distance between your eyes and things that you read, so try to recreate this distance as you are completing the sessions.
